If requested the school can book the practical test for the pupil. However the pupil will cover the test costs with the exception of fully inclusive courses.

The school car can be used for the purpose of the test, for which there is a 2 hour charge. The pupil will drive to the test centre, but pass or not, the instructor will drive from the test centre, see note below.

Note: For safety reasons whether the pupil Passes the test or not, they will not be permitted to drive the car from the test centre.

Reminder that the following are required for the practical test to take place:

• Appropriately insured and licensed vehicle compliant to test standards.
• Theory test Pass certificate.
• Your appointment letter.
• Valid and signed UK licence, both parts if it is a photo licence.
• Test candidate must meet the minimum required eye sight test.
