Driving tuition is given for manual gear box cars only. The instructor's car is a Ford Fiesta, fitted with dual controls for security and safety of pupils, instructor and other road users. Driver and passenger air bags are fitted for the unlikely event of being needed. For comfort on those hot summer days, when or even if we get any, there is air conditioning. However if you want to be eco friendly, then just open the window.

The Fiesta is a good car to learn in as its 1.4 litre engine, although nippy and tolerant of errors will not leave you feeling out of control, as an over powered vehicle can in the early days. This enables the pupil to rapidly build up confidence and loose their fear of being in control of a potentially lethal weapon.

The car is fully fitted with all that is required for the test and can be hired for the purpose of the practical test, provided the instructor is satisfied the test candidate can drive to the necessary test standard.

Tuition can be given for both learner drivers and fully qualified drivers, who may be looking to improve their driving skill for either their safety or for insurance cost reduction packages, such as PassPlus. Motorway lessons are available but only for "Full Licence" holders.
